Everyone needs time to play, especially us hoopers. Extra playtime a week gives you YOU TIME, helps you to get stronger, stay healthy and happy. Where do you find that extra time? Let's see I am a mom of two pretty active boys with their own weekly scheduled activities, I have a full time job, I have a fun time job aka hoop coach, and yes a house that needs to be cleaned at least sometimes ha! Organizing and prioritizing is great and it works but not all the time, we are all humans and life gets in a way, and we have a million things to do, and they are all important and need to be done right away, plus there is one big thing that can stop you from playing and it is I don't feel like it feeling. What great about hooping is even when you don't feel like it and you get in there and hoop it, you get into it faster than you spin. Here is what helped me to keep my playtime more or less consistent.
